Webinar Description:

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) have published 34 pages of interpretive guidelines which amend the hospital conditions of participations (CoPs) on patient visitation rights and patient representatives for all hospitals including critical access. These include new policies and training that must be done. This program will also cover the Joint Commission patient centered care standard on visitation.
